Miles Darfur Presentation

This presentation is about the tragedy  in  Darfur. I   first   became  interested   in  Africa after I  saw  The   movie  Hotel  Rwanda.  This  movie tells the story of a brave  man   named  Paul  Ruseabagina   who  saved  the   lives  of   over  1000 people during a tragic genocide in 1994. I  got  to meet  Paul at a special dinner last summer.  I  asked  him  if  he  could   forgive  the  Hutus..  “We Must   forgive   otherwise   we will  keep   on   slaughtering   each other .”  was  his  reply.

 When   Paul   spoke  to me, he  told   me  about the genocide that  is  occurring in Dafur now. I  immediately  got interested   in  Dafur  and  wanted to help. Paul  is  so  inspiring!
